Frequently asked questions.

What can I expect during my first consult?

Your first consultation will last approximately 90 minutes. During this time, I will review your health history, discuss your current health concerns, and any symptoms you are experiencing. This comprehensive evaluation helps in crafting you a personalised treatment plan.

What type of treatments do you offer?

I provide a variety of nutrition-focused treatments including dietary advice, lifestyle changes and nutritional supplements including personalised compounded nutrients. Each treatment is chosen based on its efficacy and tailored to suit your specific health needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. This allows me to offer the slot to another client. Missed appointments without proper notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

How are treatment plans developed?

Each treatment plan is uniquely tailored based on your health history, lifestyle, and specific needs. I use advanced diagnostic tools, including pathology tests and holistic health assessments to understand your health comprehensively.

Do you prescribe supplements?

Yes, when required I recommend high-quality, ethically sourced supplements as part of many treatment plans. These supplements are selected to support your body’s natural healing processes and enhance your overall wellbeing.

What kind of follow-up support can I expect?

After starting your treatment plan, I provide follow-up consultations to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments. Additionally, I am available to answer any questions or concerns you may have as you implement your new health strategies.

Where are the consultations held?

Consultations are available in the Sutherland Shire, NSW at Bundeena, (within The Temple of Avalon) and Cronulla (within Beauty and Balance) or online from the convenience of your own home.

What dietary changes might be recommended?

Depending on your individual health assessment, I may recommend dietary changes that could include increasing intake of certain foods, eliminating allergens or irritants, and balancing macronutrient intake to support optimal metabolic health.

Where can I find additional information?

I provide a range of resources, including my blog, which offers articles, the latest research, and practical advice on nutrition and general wellness. These resources are designed to educate and empower you on your health journey.
