This course provides everything you need to manage the transition through perimenopause to menopause, from understanding hormone health to actionable diet, lifestyle, and mental wellness tips.

  • Duration: 12 weeks

    Sessions: 6 x 1.5-2 hour sessions (every two weeks)

  • This program commences on Monday November 25th, 2024, with new content delivered every 2 weeks. This content can be accessed at any time and you will have lifetime access.

  • It is possible, however, I will endeavour to refine my courses based on interest and feedback from participants. This course is being offered at a lower price as it is a new course, the price will go up for subsequent offerings.
